After Hot Rod Happy has lost his auto & pilot licenses he mooches off Jack & Sable because Jato has swindled them out of their money. A hurricane hits in August and Hot Rod and Sable are washed out to sea. Sable is picked up on by a boater but Hot Rod is lost at sea.
Jack and Sable get married. Jack's son Jolly from a previous marriage comes to live with them.
