   does anyone know if a two speed power glide. bolt up to a 250 straight 6 .my engine has a tree speed manual ******.i changed rear end out already to a 10 bolt out of s10 so it dont have straight axle in it anymore

   Welcome to the H.A.M.B. I believe it is a bolt-up if you are using the aluminum Powerglide and your 250 has the same bell housing pattern as a V-8.
