Found a ground wire today and have know idea where it goes. The ground wire comes from the firewall beside the VR and heads toward the gen . If it hooks to the gen which terminal did it come from. this may explain the charging problems i 'm having.
Check the service manual. You should be able to find a pic. If you don't have one, get one, but in the meantime you can find one scanned in online at tocmp.com
