Bought the car with locks in but no exterior handles attached or door knob rod. Can someone please tell me where the rod from the lock mechanism to the pull knob attaches on the lock? Any photos would be great. Also when you lock the door do you just push the knob down and close the door or do/can you lock lock from outside with a key.?
