I am looking for a good front end to put under my f1, if any body has any good ideas let me hear what you have. Is the Jag a good swap? I would like to stay Ford but the Mustang 2 front end is getting costly to find now. No Chevy parts. You can also get me at f1rave@yahoo.com

I put a Mustang II under my '51 F-1. A buddy had two cars that were both rear end collisions, so it was cheap, but the biggest problem with the MII was that the frame had to to be narrowed 4 inches to accept the stock cross member. If I were hell bent on doing it again, I would probably just by a crossmember kit made for that frame from someone instead. I have heard good things about the Jag swap, just don't have any experience with it.

    Good Luck.
