Ok, I know a picture is worth a thousand words... but I ran across a 1951 henry J stuck in the bay of a chrysler dealership that was open from 35-68. It was left when the dealership wend bankrupt. Its red in about 2 inches of dirt, 10 point cage, old pie crusts. Missing very front grill insert but other that its all there and in great shape. No motor or trani, and its gots a box of parts in the seat but we cant open it.. no key. and dont know whats in the trunk. I have an ooffer made to me to buy for a amount, but whats this thing even worth? is it desirable? Dealership has been abandoned for 53 years, and even has a 2 ft thick tree we are going to have to cut down to get it out of the bay? No pics cause way to much stuff around it.
Can get close enough to see a box of parts on the seat & pieces missing but cannot get close enough for pictures? In great shape puts it in the 200.00 to 3500.00 range depending...
Kinda, its all dark stuffed around tons of other stuff. WAY WAY in the back. I had to squeze through everything in its dog to get to it. A pic would look like a 2 ft section of dust covered red. To much stuff in the way. Thats a HUGE price range?
Thats what I was kinda guessn? Price to me is $1200 but I dont need it, just buy it to re-SALE. But dont want to be stuck with a $200 dollar car that I cant get rid of either.
I did just got off the phone with him, Well I'll have a old school 60's gasser Henry J for sale on here in the next couple weeks.
Is Fritch Texas near Cuero, Texas.....? A whole lotta no photo barn finds came outta Cuero......or didn't as it were. Not a whole lotta 10 point cages 53 years ago.....
No Sir, Cuero I think is way south, honestly never heard of it. It may not be a 10p. Very hard to count with your phone as a light. Its not a barn either.... Why you calln me a liar? Shoot who knows, it may be a piece once we get it out? Thanks guys for all the help.
Here are some pics once we dug it out. It sold before I even got it home and off the trailor. Just to show you it was not a made up car... As far as buyer can tell it prolly is a 56-57.. chevy frame??? Any one recognize the car?
Shoot! I think you stole that. That's a great find.. I would kill to get that thing up and driving around.
You say the price to you is $1,200.00 but you don't want to be stuck with a $200.00 dollar car you can't get rid of. What is it?
