Thanks for the comments. I think we will have the whole car painted by the new year. Larry and crew are spraying the lizard skin on the inside and underside this week and will paint it after Christmas until then here are a couple more pics. I am liking the way the paints pearl sparkles in the light.

Think I found the caps I am wanting to run on the mercury. Everything else is so smoothed I think this will complement the car

Yea I like the smooth skirts. We decided againstnthe 51 skirts cause we thought the lip on it would take away from the body lines. We may roll the lip a bit to clear the tires but we will see

Ok guys Larry and crew are getting some paint on the mercury. They have got the lizard skin sprayed under and inside. They also got the underside painted and they are getting it ready to paint the top side of it. I am so happy to see some paint on any part of this car. It has been a few years since I have seen paint on her.

Yea I am hoping it won't be to long but no need to get in a hurry and make a mistake at this point.

Also hope your car is coming along nicely.

Making progress, motor mount, trans mout relocation done, exhaust in place. Pulled motor today to clean up chassic modifications, finalize power steering box selection ( have and F150 box now).
Put the motor back in put on the Tricarbs and light it up for the first time!!
