1951 Mercury that has been Chopped by Gene Winfiled in 2009. I've owned the car for around 11 years. Never had the time to do anything with it. This car is a major project. Chopped 4 inches in the front and 5 inches in the back. Needs toe boards and front floor pans. Rear pans are in pretty good shape clear back to the rear axle hump. Needs a trunk pan. Fuel tank is no good. Bottom of doors are eat up with rust but I have a pair of good doors that come with it. Bolt on quarter panels are in bad shape. I do have some off a 49 4dr that are in better shape. Flathead V8 with 3 speed with overdrive. Engine did turn over when I first bought the car with is not stuck. The chop is not finished up. 49/50 back gl*** surround has been added. I have all the side trim and window trim. I have the quarter garnish molding. Will need to check for sure on the door garnish moldings. Good ***le in my name. Will nit sell parts unless I sell the car by itself first.
