1951 Mercury Flathead. This motor was rebuilt many many years ago but never fired up. Motor has its original Mercury 4" crank. Block was magged and bored .040 and factory oversized Ford pistons were used. Has Johnson adjustable lifters. Has a C8RT Ford camshaft installed. Has been converted to Chevy distributor. Comes with rare pre-1952 Offenhauser aluminum heads that are polished and in great shape. 3x2 Offenhauser intake with 3 8ba Holley 94's that need rebuilt. Also has a complete new gasket set that comes with it. Needs head bolts and intake bolts. Motor has been sitting and could use a good cleaning. Other than that it's a great start. $3800. Would take partial trade for 283 Chevy small block.
