I've recently been taken in by the 51 Mercury steering wheel. Thinking I might like to put one into the grandpa car.

Does anyone know if the Merc wheel will interchange with the 51 Ford stock column?

Tempted to buy and try, but cash is a wee bit thin at the moment.

    Thanks

The Ford has a splined shaft & the Merc has a keyed shaft. However I think there is a way to mate the two.

Check with Eric H The Black Cavendish, I think he's come up with a solution.
