1952 Chevy Rear Windows

Are the rear windows fixed on a 1952 Chevy two door sedan? or supposed to be able to crank down?

I can feel under the rear side panel what feels like the window crank and the window felt channels appear like they could go down. I have not yet removed the panel to check and just wondered.

The rear arm rests seem like they would be in the way if you had a crank like it would hit the arm rest and not rotate all the way around.

    Thanks for any input.

They do on my '51. Sort of, the regulators are seized.

Some business coupes, they slid back, not roll down..

They should roll down, check to see if the arm rests are in the right position.
