Hi all, Does any one out there have any leads on original Oregon plates from 52? I would really appreciate any help locating these little ******s. I have the original plate? that came with my car from the dealer. Found it along with a 1963 plate under the back seat. If you look closely at the 51 plate the words PRISON MADE are stamped at the bottom very cool, covered in an inch of asphalt when found. I think that plate is original to the car but who knows thanks for your time! Shiftytwo PanDraggers Customs

Try Craigslist. There's a couple guys that have collector plates for sale.

You could try Alan Betts, 503-761-2223, I've bought plates from him before, and his prices seemed reasonable. He is in SE Portland, on 136th, south of Powell. Bob

Drop me a line. I have a friend here in Clackamas that deals in old Oregon plates. He's got every year made since the first Ore. plate. Maybe he's got a spare pair of '52 plates?

I used Ebay and had it automatically send me an e-mail every time somebody listed a "27 Arkansas license". Ended up buying about the 3rd one, but it took a few months. I'm not in a hurry anway.:D
