Took it for a drive yesterday. This car is ready to enjoy as is. Most at this price point are projects...
I should have a current GA title for it in a couple weeks. Georgia has a new process to obtain a title for a pre 63 vehicle. My application was accepted and they said I should get the title in the mail in a couple weeks.
Title arrived today. The state of GA calls it a "Conditional Title". Details in the link https://dor.georgia.gov/conditional-titles You've have to check with your local tag office if outside of GA to make sure they accept this kind of title
Tie rod ends were replaced when Aerostar springs were installed. Spare tire was replaced at the same time as the other tires. Has never touched the ground. Vacuum wipers rebuilt and working
BTT. Drove it to a cruise in last Friday. Drove great and had lots of folks checking it out This is a great car, but I need to focus on getting my '40 back on the road.
BTT. This car really deserves to go to someone who has more time to enjoy it than I do. Trades considered. I have been thinking about how nice it would be to have an old pickup again...
Back to the top. Been traveling this month so I haven't had time to update my ad. Beauty bands added to the wheels. Look really nice with the dog dish caps.
