Ok so I'm currently resisting the urge to put newer mustang II IFS & air bags on the front of my 1953 Oldsmobile 88. So I ordered up dropped uprights, scarebird disk brake brackets and all new bushings from old parts source.

Everything came apart pretty easy but now that its time to put it all back together I'm having trouble with a couple of things.

can anyone point me to a good thread somewhere that explains how to put everything back together correctly? I want to understand how it all works and not have to rely on the alignment guy to get it right. I'm sure the chances are high that most alignment shops haven't ever done one of these before.

Thanks in advance.....oh and I've tried searching but haven't found a good step by step yet.

Get an original GM Shop Manual or a Chilton or Mitchell manual. All illustrated and described therein.
