sonofabitch dude..Why do they give a drivers licence to blind people? How the hell didnt she see that big Blue and White Tank? friggen driving while blind should be an inprisonable offence! I just had a co-worker get nailed so bad in the side of his truck while out with friends that it killed his best friend, screwed up his wife and landed him in the hospital for 4 days. Really gotta watch out for the other drivers out there anymore..way too many distracted drivers

Tell the other driver's insurance company that your damaged vehicle is your daily and that you expect to be provided a rental of the same size and capability of your damaged car. You are entitled to be taken care of for the loss of use of your vehicle.Insist that the car rental be billed to that company, rather than paying for it yourself and sweating the reimbursement. When the insurer is on the line for a rental at, say, $100 a day, it tends to focus their attention on getting your vehicle fixed promptly. When it comes to getting a special vehicle such as yours repaired using the correct materials and methods, you may want to hire your own adjustor to fight for your interests. If your vehicle is covered for collision, you could go the easy route and make a collision claim with your own company. After taking care of your claim, your own company would then seek to recover its outlay from the other driver's insurance company. If your company is successful in recovering from the other driver's insurer, your premiums going forward will not be surcharged by your own company for the accident. You can still recover your deductible and rental car costs from the other party's insurer. Good luck.
