Selling this radical old custom truck for a friend. It's chopped, channeled, and sectioned and looks to have been possibly a show truck at one time. I have not been able to track down the history but it was definitely done a very long time ago. It was probably done by either Barris, Bill Hines, or Dick Dean. Everything is gas welded like they would've done in the old days. The front end and rear end are completely chromed as well as the running boards. It has original style front axle and looks to be the stock rear end. No engine or transmission. The dash is 1970 Pontiac GTO and Buick steering column so I'm sure that might've been added later. There is some traces of lime green metallic paint so that may have been the color it was in the 50s? Last color looks to be bright yellow. There is a ton of work in this truck and if you were going to have it done today it would probably cost you $25-$30,000 easily. I'm hoping we could find a good home for this vehicle and that the history surfaces eventually! I wanted to make this my shop truck but I just have too many projects right now and not enough time. Make offer, thanks!
