Technical 1954 Olds 4spd Hydromatic

I'm building a 31 Model A with a 54 Olds super rocket 324ci back by 4 spd hydromatic. I've been looking but can't seem to find the trans yoke, Trans output shaft is 1-3/8" 16 spline. Anybody have any ideas who might have one? Thank You
