I have a friend that has purchased a 1954 Victoria... he is looking for the VIN location(s) on the frame. The plate is missing. Can anyone help identify where the other numbers may be?....(Frame?) elsewhere? Thanks guys.
The VIN # is located on the frame in three places, only one of which is visible with the body on the frame. The one that is visible is located on the top of the right (p***enger) frame rail just back from the radiator core support. You may have to lift up the rubber weather stripping to see it. If the body is off the frame, the second location is on top one of the frame cross members in the area of the muffler. The third location is on top of the very last rear cross member on the right side.
