Nice work! Everybody got their own style to chop -55 Caddy, there's pictures how i chopped mine http://kuvablogi.com/blog/9881/3/1/ Chopped 3'', widen 1'' from both side and lenghten 3,5''. I made rearclass like in '57 Buick. Stainless steel rims and classes are were challenging to make good looking...

In picture theres no siderims yet and couple of small things are also missing.

I like Tuuanen's back light a lot...however, the metal work you did on Ted's is masterful...I could never do something like that...and the window works...

got the drivers side finished up cut out some stuff i didnt like and it ended up looking like this

now with the flipper on i can see what the drip rails hid. now that there arnt any drip rails you see what i have to fill in

well i got about 4 inches into that in the front and i ran out of argon. so much for welding this weekend .but man its gonna look slick with no drip rails!!

Flopper! It's looking masterful. You're going beyond my expenctations on the drip rail and stainless. All this work will be your signature as the car nears completion and eventually hits the show circuit.
Hope we can grab a whiskey if you come into Manhattan or Brooklyn next week.

man im loving this part of the build. gonna start slicing the stainless soon!!

  26. looks great Flop. Mike Alexander told me awhile back that he and Larry would fill up the stainless with lead when they had to curve or bend it so it wouldn't kink. Keep it up
