No . Looked at the ad a couple of times. Going by the pics and description, the buyer is going to have to realize a lot of rework , chassis, body , engine/trans/rear etc.

Check craigslist here Salem or Corvallis. A guy in Brownsville has an ad for a 1960 Chevy. His main business is parting out tri five Chevys. You may get a better deal on a truck five body/ frame .
