Does any one know who makes 1955 Lincoln capri front disk conversion kits? Lowering kits?

Just picked up a 1955 Capri yesterday myself and have the same plans. Suspension looks very similar to my sons 1954 Mercury Monterey. If thats the case you can use Ford Aerostar springs and some lowering blocks in the rear.

It might be worth giving scarebird a call. They went from up by me in Everett, to NM I think. Now in N Carolina. But they say their back up and running. They don’t list Lincoln’s or Mercury’s that year, but an email or call is cheap.

I don’t know a lot about those Lincoln’s, except Dad had a 54 Capri when I was a kid. But I do know there’s something about the ball joints.very heavy duty, almost unobtainable. I pick that up from a blog on one that ran the Pan American not too long ago. There’s some Lincoln guys over on yblocksforever once in a while, might be worth looking there if you hit a wall.
