POSTPONING SALE...while we have decent offers, without first visiting this car, low offers are not going to make it happen. So, we are going to play with this wonderful car for a while longer changing the wheels and maybe going back to stock interior so when we post again, the price will of course go up. Thanks for looking. /1956 Chevy 210 VIN VB56L001744…words and pictures will not do this car justice. Built in LA and sold to a family in Pasadena who sold it to the man that built what you see. He made changes over the 40 years of ownership while living in So Cal before moving to GA. I am the third owner. The car must have been garaged its entire life as it is structurally perfect…NO RUST! The body is as straight as it looks in the pictures. The paint is incredible for being 20 years old. There are blemishes as one would expect but all fixable if so desired. The chrome and trim ranges from good to very good. The Ford Econoline straight from axle is period correct and properly installed with disc brakes. The mid 60’s GM 3:55 rear is a positraction with air shocks. Vintage Crager wheels are in very good condition. New tires on 15” rear, 14” front. The engine is purpose built for this car by a top So Cal builder with less than 2,000 miles on it. It starts, idles, and runs like a fine watch. 350CI bored but don’t know to what size? Forged pistons, steel crank, Competition CCM cam kit, (roller hydraulic and roller rockers) Edelbrock aluminum heads and carbs, 420 B&M blower (under drive so very streetable), MSD, dyno at 560HP. Stainless gas tank and high performance Holley pump feed gas to regulator with gauge. Trans is Turbo 400 with mild shift kit, 3000 stall, B&M shifter shifts perfect. Recent restoration efforts include complete new wire harness, prep of perfect factory floors for Rustoleum paint, Dynamat and sound deadener foam, all new SW gauges, new one piece molded carpet, and more that I can share if we chat. There are pictures of each stage of work. The original also rust free hood without a cut out is included in case you go to a none blown engine. A B&M twin carb scoop and new body mount rubber kit is also included along with recent receipts. The car drives great under all conditions including at 70MPH on the interstate. I have owned a few and looked at hundreds of tri five Chevy’s and have never seen an unrestored body this nice. Naturally, the asking price has a little wiggle room. Text or call Tom 678-907-5536
