There are kits convert any window to electric using a cable style modern system. There are also drivers that can be installed on the door panels which operate the stock cranks.
You could join the "Crown Victoria Owners ***oc. (you don't need a Crown to be in it) and recieve their monthly publication which has want ads and list members who have just about everthing you could ever need for stock ones. Good luck.

How are you going to run the wires through the door jams?

In my estimation power windows are not worth the expense or effort to install them. Just something else to go wrong.

A lot of the switches, relays, etc were common with the birds and are available from those vendors. Wiring harnesses and the door jamb conduits also. There’s some 4 switch units on evilbay, since the birds didn’t have back windows. Depends on who’s regulators you decide on, and if you want the interior to look stock. IIRC, from when I did the bird years ago, the switches themselves will interchange from those to later years-meaning black, white or chrome plastic can be subs***uted.

I’ve got 4 new relics units in an OT car. More modern motors, required a little m***aging to fit (rear windows on a convertible), a little slow by today’s standards but they’ve worked for years.

If it's a hardtop or convert get some regulators out of a mustang .or f150 or anything else with the scissor style regulators .those kit cable ones work well on a sedan ,I used a set on my parklane
