1956 front crossmember replacement

    I need to change the front crossmember on my 1956 ford customline..
    I would appreciate any information on how it needs to be done.

    No one reproduces- has to be fabricated. They ALL rusted out even when the cars were new.

    These are reproduced. Goodell Fabrications makes them, $300 918-636-7071. Also check with Dennis Carpenter.

    Awesome news! When a friend looked around he couldn't find any sources. Guess needed to look harder!

    Go on ebay and key in 55 ford . I was told that 55 & 56 are the same ??There is a couple on there that make new ones for $295 .
