Writing to see if anyone has an idea what to do that I don't...I bought aftermarket vent window and frame ***emblies. I decided to use a smoke gl*** and have to remove the existing gl*** from the frame. I just looked at the gl*** in the new units. Oh man!! they siliconed the gl*** in. any ideas on how I might get the gl*** out of that setup without ruining the frame??

Take a razor blade are exacto knife. Run it up down and all around several times. Then start a small screw driver in the top and work it around to try to push it in as far as possible. Do the same at the bottom. Push and pull on the gl*** till you get mad then rest. It will come loose. Just don't know when. Expect to crack the vent gl***. If the frame is not in the ***embly you can bump the the pivot post on a soft board while holding the gl***. Sorta like a hammer. Be easy. Bring it over and I'll help you.
