1957 Chevy 2 door post Nice floor pans, nice trunk floor and rear pan above the rear bumper is nice and solid. There has not been a hole cut for a 4 speed. Rockers are fairly solid......may need some TLC but they are not rusted thru. There is a rust hole in front of each rear wheel opening that will take a patch panel and the spare tire well is rusted. The roof is solid but looks like a large tree limb fell on it at one time and someone beat it back out. It does have a nice bench seat with black cover and white insert......does not look like it has been used since recovered.......seat sliders have been cut for some reason......not sure why.....rear seat is in need of complete restore. There is NO MOTOR or TRANNY. Front clip is pieced together with solid parts with little or no rust. Front fenders have had small patches put in at bottom.....I would call it a "fair" repair job. The air intake in the drivers side front fender is missing. I have original grill surround trim, windshield surround stainless, hood bullets and a donor front bumper not shown along with a new windshield seal. Interior dash is complete less radio. Has original column and steering wheel. I am sure there are things missing but major parts are there. Suspension needs complete rebuild. The original paint is still on the body (under the 2 coats of green house paint). Not saying this is a rust free car but it is a great project to build. I bought it last spring with the idea to build......but I have too many toys and not enough cash. Texas blue title in my name. Am located north of Ft.Worth.
