Hello! This past summer we picked up this car to use for parts on a few of our projects, but are realizing that it would be a shame to part out a restorable car. I've been offering it up for sale both on Facebook, The Forward Look Network, and now here on the HAMB. They only made about 7,200 of these in '57, so if you're looking for a project, this is a great one. This particular car needs a new front clip (the fenders are pretty gnarly), inner rockers, some floor work, lower quarters (typical), and trunk floor extensions (also typical). It does not have a drivetrain in it, but I do have a 341 Hemi available for anyone who may be interested in having it for the car. She'll need a new front windshield (I also have one of these which can be negotiated in the price), rear tail lights, new leaf springs (I also have a set of these available), sill plates, and some of the missing trim replaced. This car features the big sky-view rear window and accessory roof trim which was standard on Fireflites and an option for the Firedome model. I'm asking $2,000 or best offer on her. We're currently located in Upstate New York. Transportation can be arranged for the East Coast for an additional cost. We're headed to the AACA event in Hershey Pa Oct 8-11, and are happy to bring it down with us if you want to pick it up there! This is a great car to restore or to customize. I always thought she'd look sharp with some 57 Chrysler tail lights and a 59 Desoto front clip (I have one of these if you're tempted to do the same)!
