1957 F100 Build (First Truck!)

    There is a small dent in the hood, and fender. Then someone drilled holes for lights in the bed, but other than that, straight as a board. I'm going to try and get the dash wired up today/tomorrow then brakes, gas lines, cooling lines and all that!

    Ok, so can you guys keep an eye out for me? I need a 57 grille, headlight buckets, light bezels, and a 57 hood! But if you guys could keep an eye out, Thad be wonderful! I need to start collecting parts for the 57'

    Sounds good! I see you went with headers. Y-blocks sound real good with headers and glass packs. Mine used to annoy the neighbors a bit.:rolleyes::D

    Those will sound good. My F-100 had 3.73s in the back and at 60 mph that little Y-block got me many a thumbs up on the road. I think the Y-block sounded better than the 429 that replaced it.
