The early version is so damn sexy... and best of all, it's fucking green and gold. That's going to be a cool car to do.

The early Rancheros seem to lend them selves so well to customization, and this car is a perfect example. It's hard to go wrong with a custom Ranchero,... unless of course you do something like the later version.

I was just thinking the same thing myself! Only maybe I was thinking "WTF?"

  7. That first vesion has to be one of, if not THE, sweetest Rancherino ever done.

The second one proves old term "Wretched Excess"

  8. First version rules. For some reason I like the Desoto bumper on a '57.:D:rolleyes:

That second version looks like a very bad attempt at a '57 A'la Kart.?!

If that really is you Germ, I'm happy to know you're still with us!

I think that is a different, but similar car. Looks like a 59 to me.

The first green and gold version is worth doing again, very nice..the second version, like cshabang mentioned, looks like a salvage job from getting sandwich wrecked...

Also... never seen this mentioned, but I think the front pan is made from a 56 Merc bumper. Just kinda looks like the same shape, only V'd. I painted the side view of that car on my Peachie folder in 8th grade. Rancheros get me chubbie.

Crashing sucks, and all things considered it wasn't too bad, not the first edition but I've seen rebuilt women that look a lot worse.
