'58-64 Chebby share driveline part's i.e. rearend, tran's, ect. '58's are a one year deal. You prob' already knew that w/ the body and trim part's.

Body wise they are all by themselves. Ch***is wise most 58/64 pieces will work.

  4. If it's a real Impala and halfway decent you could probably sell it for enough to buy out the pick-a-part yard.

I have a ´58 Impala also, and I was recently told the ´69-´70 Full-size GM front spindles, master cylinder, and booster would be a direct bolt-in for the purpose of power disc-brake conversion...(?) Any substance to this and if so, what other year parts would work? What about the ´77-96 pieces? I know an aftermarket kit for my application sells for about $500,00. Would the expected savings in money be worth the effort with the used stuff? TIA.

The rear end housing is different from 59-64 Chevy's. The upper control arm mounts to the center of the pumpkin and looks like an A-arm. Very similar to Pontiac and Cadillacs of that era.
