Hey there. Can anyone of you guys if you have a 57-60 fridge post a pick of your clutch slave mounted to the clutch arm out of the bell housing. Can't figure the bolt placement on the piston to the clutch arm. I'm having a real tough time hooking it up...of course it's gotta be stock. I switched over to a stock hydraulic from the later mechanical on my 61. Appreciate it thx Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Threw the sheet metal back on the frame for some motivation. This is the stance I am going for. 20150913_144235.croppedjpg by fauj posted Sep 29, 2015 at 8:33 PM
not sure what direction I will actually go with but gonna get a m/t in it and get as low as I can and just cruise it for now
my fist truck was a 58, titled 57. one thing I did notice is that Ford never made a stubnose from 57-60
I believe Ford introduced the C SERIES cab over that they produced for something like two decades in 1957 ...they did build the N SERIES "low cab forward " from I think 63-67....oh and nice save on the van BRO, she looks darn straight and solid!
I actually had a 61 N series cab and front clip about 2 years ago. GM had done a stubnose 55-59. just wish Ford would have done the same thing then that's what id be after
Yeah I agree, but the caps are all rusted now, I saved it from certain death man, the guy I bought it from was letting it waste away.
Picked up this 59 a few months ago. New Mexico truck that made its way to the Northeast. Paid less than transportation costs these days. Going to throw a 383/th350 in it from an OT truck I ran at the track a few years ago. Collecting parts now to do a quick build over the summer. Sent from my SM-S902L using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
I remember seeing this one either in a magazine or on the web, and have several pics of it just after it had been painted. Can't remember where though. Definitely a nice truck!
Nice truck. At first I thought you were running Detroit steelies...I like it without the caps. Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app

Here is my 60. 302, C-6 Auto. Bias Ply Firestone Whites on 17" steel wheels. I just got done putting Master Power Brakes full front and rear disk kit, rebuilt 3rd member with a limited slip and replaced all the steering parts. I have one of our Classic Auto Air ac kits installed which works awesome. Im building a 331 stroker for it now with a built AOD behind it. It will get an altitude adjustment soon. Lizard skin, Painless Wiring kit..... It never stops!!!
Who all is going to the Lone Star Roundup in Austin? We will be heading out Thursday Morning from Dallas if anyone wants to roll down with us.
I will be there but not in my truck. It's still in pieces and I finally rolled it into my shop this past weekend to start working on it. I'll come find you this weekend though. And when you get that 331 in let me know if you want to part ways with that 302/C6.
Finally got her on the road again! Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app View attachment 3529379
