So I drove around for about a week or so... parked it up, and when I came back to start it - noticed the Rad was leaking... And I wasn't going to spend upwards of £400 to get it re-cored. I decided that this might be the straw that broke the camels back, and pushed me into more seriously fitting the V8 that I had sat next to it for all those years...

So I investigated alloy rads on eBay, and found that a reproduction one from a triumph TR8 would not only fit, but would be more than man enough in case the V8 got slotted in... (gross, huh?)

Fits like a glove, and is nearly twice the size!

So, while this piece of **** 2.3 litre, 4 banger still runs... It stays (I kind like keeping this old thing running to be honest. And anyway, the V8 that I had dry-stored for years, has seized - so I need to rethink that before I make any serious decisions)
