1960 internation breaks

    ok my neighbor has a 60 international B130 3/4 ton pickup well the breaks arent working. the thing is i have never seen a break set up like this master cly at fire wall single steel break line going to a (booster ?) mounted to the fender this has a vacuum line to manifold then break line coming out of this .buddy of mine says its an airbreak system ill try to post pics later.. anyone know bout these setups thanks

    Your buddy don't know his ***. That is a vacuum system! The booster is called a Hydrovac works basically like your normal PB booster except remote mounted.
    Ps it is BRAKES !!

    I have a setup just like that on my 1954 International S180 truck. It's fine when it works, but a pita when it is not working right.
