I've looked all over this thing but can't find the fuse block. Can someone tell me where it is. or does it even have one?

My '58 doesn't have one. I hear they are prone to be a fire hazard for that reason.

There's a couple of fuses on top of the headlight switch, and there are a bunch of inline fuses up under the dash...

The 60 T-Birds wiring and dash are easily the worst things to work on. I get neck and arm cramps just thinking about it. That car is a bear to deal with anything electrical and vacuum related...

58, 59, 60 T-Birds have the worst designed fuse ***embly in the history of the automobile. It makes my back and neck spasm just thinking about it.

It's at my house, in my garage. You just have to sign the car over to me. I'll find it.

There are NO FUSE PANELS in a '58-'60. Fuses are in-line or on the item being fused, like the light switch or the overdrive relay. Get a wiring diagram or, even better, a repop copy of the factory Electrical ***embly Manual since it has pretty pictures that show what the components look like along with the schematic diagrams.
