damnit! you had the same thoughts on the fins as I did!! on your '61 and my '60, the fin kicks down to a lesser angle right at the c pillar. I always wonder what straightening it out all the way would look like. fuckin' awesome work, I bow to thee.....

It's looking good! I really like your fin treatment, very subtle but custom.

First of all, Thanx so much for all the great comments, I'm very grateful... Thank you!!

Sorry i took so long for an update ,I got kinda burnt on body work and i was waiting for my replacement plasma torch, which came 2 months after i called the supplier  so i could work on the floor and frme.... but here is a little bit of where I'm at!!
Finished the tail lights , but unfortunately i messed up the half decent ones i had for mock up...... You know??? .... Ever thrown things cause you're pissed off?!?!?!?:eek: Fixed some minor body dents, Figured out the speedo and other dash related stuff, fixed the holes in the bumpers, reattached the frame after raising the kick 3 inches, built the subfloor and started on the floors too, i should get the bags any day now so i can mount them, and i should have the Motor and transmission in by the end of the week so i can finish the toe boards and transmission tunnel.

For those wondering about all the rust....... The frame ( powdercoating too ) and body are both getting blasted after the suspension is finished, it was easier for me to leave the car perfectly square after i cut out the floor then start from scratch after blasting. Cleaned out as much as i could on the inside rockers, but it's so low, it's very difficult.... And the bracing!!!!!:(

Those floors are looking super nice! Not that I would expect any less. I think we all have throw parts in the garage at one point or another. Just happens...

  30. I just marked my calendar for the friday update. Thank you for the detailed pictures man. I saw this on Facebook earlier and asked you about what 18 or 20 gauge steel, I like that fact you are using the heavier gauge. Cheers!
