I have a 1961 Chevrolet Impala Sedan that I want to test the waters with. The car is mostly original with a few new parts here and there. Details: Drivetrain: Rebuilt 350 SBC/350 Turbo Trans. The motor has around 5000 miles since rebuild and runs very well with no leaks or smoking. The transmission shifts as it should with no issues. Interior: Most of the interior is original with the carpet being replaced, package tray replaced, kick panels replaced, and front two arm rests being recovered. Some other small detail work has been done but other then that its all original inside. It needs a head liner and the sun visors recovered. The rest of the interior is in good shape. Everything works but the temp gauge, which there is an aftermarket underdash gauge. Body: The paint is original for the most part. Its apparently had a couple places worked on the roof in its life. There are a couple dents and some patina here and there. The aluminum trim has been straightened and polished. Other: The car has been changed to power disc brakes. The front has been lowered 2" with spindles. The back has been lowered with bags with the intent on installing the system this winter. It currently has manual valves in the trunk and I have had no issues with them. The wheels are 18 and 20 gray torq thrusts with Nito 555 tires. They have about 2000 miles on them. A new headliner, material for the sun visors, a good amount of matching blue vinyl material and enough wind lace to do the entire car are included if sold. Asking $17,000 obo.
