I am offering for sale a once in a lifetime chance to purchase a real, barn find 62 Impala 409,2 fours, 4 speed car. It was purchased by a local man in 1970, drove to school, went to the prom with his woman, and held until about a year ago when I purchased it at an auction. The man has suffered a stroke and has come to the reallization that he will not drive this car anymore. He is alive and doing well, so everything can be do***ented. It was not a 409 car to begin with, but the engine he put in in 1990 is a late 1961 engine, and the car was built in late 1961. It wasnt done on purpose, but that is how it turned out. Rebuilt in 1994, never ran, put in a new building in 1997, and sat there till last year. I have all the numbers and will be happy to supply them. It does not have the correct carbs, but is pretty original other than that. Engel cam tag, fenderwell headers, every receipt spent on it all come with the car. I amputting a pic of the day I found it, and some with awash job only. Original paint, Honduras maroon car. The price is extremely firm, and I will give an honest answer or supply any pics you may desire. Call Tom Trainor 513-839-1241
