I had this car listed and deleted to post because of an accident today 8/22/2015. I bought this car from the original owners family and installed a new gas tank and the car has a new water pump, fuel pump, wheel cylinders....needs brake lines. I have new fuel lines but they have not been installed...(I think that is were the trouble started). I started the car today and the rubber fuel line at the carb broke and started a fire. I got it contained but in the process burnt the distributor cap, wires and some hoses ( which was on the list to replace anyway). also it peeled the paint on the hood.. but the hood is in good shape, even the fender wells in the engine compartment are still nice and shinny. the car has some rust on the trunk lid and the paint is worn on the roof. this car sat in the original owners asphalt driveway for over 20 years. The interior is bad from the car getting hot and cold over the years. body is very straight and it may have had one repaint. floor pans are solid and not rusted alone with the trunk.
