having braking issues . original brake booster went bad and sourced ebay and found a universal one that fit checked my car
    https://ebayvehicle.com/app/31PS
asked around my town and was told with the proportional valve it comes with i should be okay but was told to also add one 10LB residual valve on front brake line and rear brake line . the original master cylinder had one line connected going down to a tee line down by the frame separating front and rear brake .
i’m new to brakes so want to get some option on this thanks in advanced
i am still running the drum drum system on it before the original booster went out i was still braking amazingly fine and wasn’t having any issues . just changed out the shoes as well lol

Hi, welcome to H.A.M.B. Your mention of LS conversion is what landed your post here. With the aluminum drums and large swept area, Buick brakes from that era were among the best in the industry. What gave out on your booster? Did the brakes become unresponsive? I would look in Hemmings for booster rebuild services. All the other brake stuff can be had from www.oldbuickparts.com I would like to see pics of the LS conversion, you can pm me .
