390-300hp FE hydraulic-lifter engine out of '64 Galaxie with auto trans, late November '63 castings including C4SE 9425A 4-barrel cast iron intake date-coded November 22 '63, C4AE 6090-G heads date-coded Nov 1 '63 and Nov 11 '63; block casting C4AE 6015A. Engine was rebuilt in '80s with 30,000 miles, pulled out of car 10 years ago; needs crank turned/polished and new main/rod bearings from sitting. Sold as long block with rear spacer plate and front cover - no oil filler cap, surge tank, distributor, carb, pulleys, fuel/water pumps, dip stick, exhaust manifolds, throttle/trans kickdown linkage/bellcrank, PCV setup, generator/alternator brackets, flex plate, etc.; Thunderbird valve covers pictured not included: have set that need blasting/refinishing.
