Definitely had to ground the sensor. The fuel tank that came with it was junk so I used a poly fuel cell I had left over from another project.
All done; been cruising it around this week and doing a few final adjustments on the steering, brakes, etc. Gave it a bath and headed to the local show tonight.

I love it, As I said earlier I had a Dodge window van like that w/t a V8 but no where near as nice,you did a fantastic job. I see only two things wrong with it, the ***le is not in my name and no offense intended but the rear bumper looks too big and out of proportion for the van. HRP
The original factory bumper looked just like the front bumper in terms of the design. The pickup was the same.
