Technical 1965 Ford headlights

    Or jump the plug that goes to the dimmer switch and byp*** it? Trying to help the OP out.

    I had a bad one in an '68 Chevy. It was stuck with the brights on. I just unplugged the high beams to get me home.

    Yeah, I’m going to try a used dimmer switch out of a 1966 Mercury I have at the race car shop. I figure that fifty+ year old OEM switch is better than new China **** you have to buy today! But it may be a day or two…. It’s raining and I don’t drive this car at night…..that much:rolleyes:
