    Well it is almost done, will test fire tonight.
    Then time and tune, hope that the carbs don't fight too much.

    First swap I ever did. '65 fleetside short bed 3 on the tree. Flywheel, clutch, starter and motor mounts off the 230 onto the 327. Bolted it right in. First trip around the block said it needed a bigger radiator.

    I went with the suttle subdued almost stock look.
    Not the if it don't go chrome it look.
    3 on the tree 283 3x2.
    Very happy so far, fired right up and purs like a kitten.

  7. I see you have the larger V8 Radiator and fan shroud. That is the one necessary part of the 6 to V8 swap that gets overlooked. A 6 cyl radiator will not cool a V8. It barely cools the six.

    Nice look! All ot needs now is and overdrive transmission, a Muncie 319, and I happen to have 2 of them.
