What is it worth??: I have a 1967 MG Midget that I drove in college in the late 1970s. It is and has been in a shed near Livingston, MT for the last 40+years. Complete, wire wheels, ***le. Will be selling soon. Your help appreciated. Best regards, jethro10101
Thanks. That is what I was afraid of. Oh well another otherwise nice car will be off to the crusher. Such is life, we just move on!
@jethro10101 , while this forum has some of the best expertise around for pre '65 traditional hotrods, I would not count on it to determine the value of a 1967 British sporty car. I would suggest seeking out opinions from some of the British sports car club websites/clubs (you should have photos available of your car to help obtain truthful responses/interest). While I (and most on this site) have no interest in these cars, it's still sad to think that 60 year old iron could be crushed unnecessarily based on a response from an uninformed/disinterested audience.
@anothercarguy, thank you for your very thoughtful and informative post. I plan to make contact as you suggest. Thanks again. Best regards, jethro10101
I must be missing something. Just because there was no response to the thread, you are going to crush it. Ridiculous. A dozen years ago I bought a running but kinda rusty 73 Midget for my daughter as her first car. Paid about $1,700 back then.
