Dandy Dick Landy always ran a good car too !

That is Rossi. Always loved the Bagwell cars, the convertible E-Body MoPars he ran were awesome.

 

I went to a show in LA at the Chrysler skunkworks in the early 80s. They were deep into the 2.2 stuff.
Rossi had this car there and ended up holding a seminar on 6 packs with a bunch of us gathered around. One of the attendees had issues with his 6 pack and what began as a couple simple questions turned into an education!

 

Where is Bagwell from,,,,he raced a lot here in the Southeast,,,,I always assumed he was from the South ?

I might be wrong,,,but I think that Rossi was using a tunnel Ram with a flat plenum with a six pack top ?
I think he was instrumental in developing that setup .
I know he could make an E Body twist up like it was going to break in two .
Wheels about 4 feet in the air,,,the bottom of the wheels that is !
