2 carb flathead intake

    Picked up a 2 carb flathead Ford intake. I have seen alot of different makes but this one is new to me. in raised letters it sayes HEXAGON TOOL. mfg 7-17-47. Maybe someone has heard of such a mfg with this name? sorry no pictures. Any body got any info for me. 8-BALL

    carbs are backwards on it.And generator fits up front.
    Pretty cool intake.kinda mid rise.
    They did make them after that ( a early repop?) not sure if the date stayed on it.
    The Miller race cars ran 'em.
    the matching air cleaner is a cool part !

    One of the several 1935 Miller Fords used the ancestor of that manifold, hence the backwards carbs. It supposedly made more power than the 2 types of Miller intakes used on the others.
