I was a previuos member years past with my ex...Biscayne. I have been a reader for years and have rejoined since my 2 are giving me a handful. I currently have a 60 Bel Air 4 door (too hard to pick up five girls with a 2 door) and a 56 GMC 100. I am keeping the Bel Air original style, hunted down the hub caps and installed new white walls. My GMC I am changing a bit since the previous owner installed front discs and changed the engine to a mid 60s 327. I have recently had a 700r4 installed and now CRUISE on the freeway. My left leg is feeling much better in Los Angeles traffic. Both of these vehicles are projects and are the only vehicles I own besides my Schwinn beach cruiser. Having the two gives me time to wait for parts while driving the other. Both have a little cancer and are need of some fresh paint, but I get multiple thumps up and smiles every day. I have the Bel Air for a couple years and the 100 for about 1. The 100 is where I will be looking for more guidence since I will be moving from where the manual left off. Happy Cruising
