Used to live there for many years and got friends all over the valley, I still visit often. Most people there don't even notice or mention quakes under 5 on the r-scale.
YEAH BABY! I was just loggin off last night when that thing hit---I'm in Newbury Park / Thousand Oaks, and my computer room is on the 3rd floor---felt like a roll-around,then a big thud--it was a good -un!
