I came in the house last night dead tired from months of planning and working, looking at Sam Woodards progress, (My wife stated if Indy is the Big Go! then Ardmore must be the little go. Sam working day and night getting ready, Ronny and the guys thrashing on the Blue Max, and others of who have sent us emails and photo's of your all night thrashing going on)......Thank you, I never dreamed this deal would get so big. Weather man is showing cool weather for Saturday low 60's morning and upper 80's afternoon. Perfect weather for a great drag race. K-10 T.V. station callled last night wants to interview Rick and I with Gas Rhonda car for tonights news... got get cleaned up! When I was strapped in my dragster at the last Heartland Reunion, and Scorpion Bill Crosby leaned over in the car and said, we should do this in Ardmore. Never did I think it would work. Biut thanks to the CSGA and Sam and everyone else the believed in our plan and stuck with us over the years..Here we go....Rob

Got to the track yesterday with Gas Rhonda car, shot the news spot, back to work. 30min later this young man calls and says Mr. Ragland can we meet with you out the track again I copied over the tape. ARG! Back to the track we go. redone the news spot. Made the 6 and 10 news Dad stole the show, instead of TV Rob I looked more like Elmer Fudd! Oh well back to my day job!

(Rob) Last day for my day job this week. Remember gates open around three or as 60 G***er will tell you when the Carrells get there. Thanks again for all your support. A lot of you started with us and in the early days raced only for a BB-Q sandwich my mom would fix. As large as it's grown and with some growing pains we have encountered this year, it's all about friendship thats what the reunion is about.
