Agreed. Not a big fan of that style of paint, but it was nuts. That blue color was insane.

 

Have to spend some time looking at the photo's!

Thanks everyone for looking and don't let my username fool ya,my p***ion is for hot rods and customs.I love going to shows and seeing all the cool rides you guys put together and also since I build model cars for a hobby these shows give me lots of inspiration and ideas.Look for more pics this Sat. as I check out the Tin Dusters show in Quincy,IL.

 

I painted a Triumph tank & parts for a guy back in the late 60s; used a similar blue with green flames. He kinda wrinkled his nose when I suggested the color combo but when he saw the finished job he loved it. That car just made me smile when I saw it Saturday. One of the best paint jobs on the grounds!

 

That is Justin aka OneShotKustoms car. He owns a paint shop in the Joliet area. Helluva nice guy, too.

Thanks for coming out and supporting the show for 10 years! I can't wait to look at all the photos
